Social Function fees for ANZCOP 2017 are as follows


Member, Non-Member and Post-Graduate Conference Dinner Included
Under-Graduate and Day Delegate Ticket for Conference Dinner $70
Guest Ticket for Conference Dinner $135

All fees are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax of 15%)

*Delegates must have a current financial membership of the Australian Optical Society, valid until 31 December 2017 if selecting the Member registration.


Welcome Reception (Sunday 3rd December)
The Welcome Reception is included in the fees for all Full and Student Delegates. 

Conference Dinner (Tuesday 5th December)
The Conference Dinner is included in the fees for all Full and Post-Graduate Delegates; and is additional for Under-Graduate and Day Delegates.

Full and Student Registration
Includes attendance at all sessions, morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.


Cancellation T&Cs

Registrations are not fully refundable. In all cases, an administration charges will always be payable. Administration charges vary. 
No Refunds – Requests for refunds received by Event Services within less than 90 day of the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
No Refunds – Refunds are not available at any time for absentee delegates.
Alternative to cancellation – Transfer Registration may be transferred to another person from your organisation. The organising committee must be advised in writing of the change at least 48 hours prior to the conference.
